About this Project

Water is a precious resource.  Utilizing run off water decreases dependence on groundwater pumping.  The problem with runoff water is the high level of debris contained in the water.  Many methods have been utilized to try and clean the water.  Most employ sprinkler, rolling drums, brushes or just a person to clean it every hour.

This system works on 8″ of elevation drop and funnels water through a 20 micron mesh which then travels to a collection box.  It is then transferred down to the irrigation system without clogging sprinklers.
