About this Project
Customer stated pump was not performing as it should:
- Pulled 200′ of 10″ Column, Oil Tube and Shaft
- Inspected column pipe and found multiple large holes eroded through pipe
- Pump was determind to be outside design limits
- Line Shaft Bearings were worn out
- Replaced pump with new SimFlo Pump Bowls
- Replaced 10″ Column Pipe
- Replaced Oil Tube and Shaft
